Supertrend Direction (M1)Trend

Timeframe M1 · unit norm

What it measures

The current regime of the Supertrend indicator - +1 when price is above the upper ATR-based channel (bullish regime) or −1 when below the lower channel (bearish regime). Returns 0 if data is insufficient.

How Janira reads it (bullish vs bearish)

+1: the Supertrend has flipped to bullish - price has closed above the trailing upper band and the reference is now below price. −1: the reference is above price, confirming a bearish regime.

In plain language

The Supertrend paints a line that stays below price in uptrends and above it in downtrends. This indicator simply tells you which side of that line the market is currently on: +1 (above, good for bulls) or −1 (below, good for bears).
