CVD Proxy 20Microstructure

Timeframe M1 · unit norm

What it measures

Cumulative signed volume over the last 20 bars, normalised by total volume into a −1 to +1 range. Each bar's volume is tagged as buyer-driven (close ≥ open) or seller-driven, then accumulated.

How Janira reads it (bullish vs bearish)

Values near +1 indicate persistent buyer dominance across the window; values near −1 indicate seller dominance. Values in ±0.1 suggest neither side has clear control.

In plain language

Imagine counting every purchase and every sale over the last 20 minutes and comparing the totals. A score of +0.8 means buyers have been clearly in charge; −0.8 means sellers have been.
